Default RS Akimoto? Does it work????

Is anyone out there using RsAkimoto's spiral-flex intake tubing for their hybrid's? I am thinking about buying the 3"x4' to make a CAI that will actually fit down into the airbox hole for my Teg/H22 project coming up. If you have this let me know what u think of it! Thanks!!!!!!!!!

Looks like just a piece of flexpipe to me. I'm not sure how well it would work because it seems like the flexpipe would make the air a whole lot more turbulent.
