NO. it doesn't work. its a big rip off. mt friend got one, he paid like $70 for it. when he opened it he was in for big surprise. it was just a piece of aluminum shaped to fit your intake. it probably cost them under a buck to make it. you can make it yourself if you really want one. go to home depot and get a sheet of aluminum, then shape it yourself. simple.
here is why it doesn't work:
they say it makes the air swirl so the air travels faster and therefore gives a "supergcharger effect", WRONG. it doesn't force the air in. it just sits there doing nothing. yeah, it makes the air swirl but when you open the throttle the air gets sucked in and that swirl is gone. it may give a few hp on cars that are highly modded, like drag monsters... but i doubt it. and even if it does, it's still not worth $70.

doesnt it just inhibit the airflow into the intake? its not like it actually compresses the air that it draws in, right? anyways, infomercials kick ***

 

i have read SOOOOO many questions about this lately, it gets annoying, no it doesnt work, the basic idea is a good one but it just doesnt work
