Default rpm climbing at idle

i can't figure this out we just got done putting an obd0 motor in an obd1 teg
there is no codes but when we start up the rpm at idle reaches to about 4k and keeps going so we shut it down i can figure this out at all

Check all your vacuum lines for leaks, and check your throttle cable, make sure its not stuck open a little.

i second that...it happen to me. It was a vaccum leak when i did my swap.
