Default Rough Idle Problems

Hey all- I have a '90 Integra with a '95 Gsr swap. I've been having on and off problems with a rough idle on the engine, in which it will rise up to about 1500 rpms, and then continue to bounce down followed by a rise back up. I though maybe it was a misfire, so I replaced my dizzy rotor, plugs, and wires- but it didn't help.

I'm beginning to think its a vaccuum issue- in which case I'm not certain that the setup I currently have is appropriate. I'm running my hoses in the same order with the same obd0 purges onto GSR's IM. I did my best to connect my vaccuums according to their input and output with OBD1, but I haven't a slightest idea if it actually works.

Anyway, feel free to flame my novice abilities and car mechanics- as long as I get an answer to this (or these) issues. Thanks!

Get a vacuum tester or use a carb cleaner/water spray bottle and spray around the vacuum lines, the mating surfaces of the intake manifold to the head, and throttle body to the intake manifold. If the idle rises and stays steady after you sprayed a certain area, you found your leak.

btw I get a helm manual and wire up the vacuum lines to factory specs of the 95 GSR motor.
