Default rods

im going to get my b18a block on monday, planning to build a turbo ls vtec, which rods are best to handle moderate boost with forged pistons.

help would be much appreciated, thanks

For moderate boost, any forged rods should be fine. Crower, Eagle, Manley, Pauter; the choice is really up to you. I wouldn't recommend it but you could chance stock rods with ARP bolts if running ~8-11psi.

ok, i heard that ls rods didnt handle boost too well, but sounds like arp bolts fix all that, thanx

yeah you can just get your rods shot peened to help out and arp rod bolts
