Default rebuilding motor....

i got myself a 98 gsr in my 95 hatch.... im rebuilding it over the winter time, cuase well nothing else to do... im going to run 12-15lbs in it, i know i cant really do it reliably on stock internals, obviously, so i want to get my hands on some eagle rods, and wiseco 8.8's, ferra valves, ya know the 9....
BUT what i dont know is if i should throw in everything cept the t3/t4 and drive like that for a month, let the rings set in, or should i do it all at once.... i mean common sense is telling me, do the internals, drive it, let it all get its lil groove on, then thru the turbo in.. i dunno.... i havent bought anything for it yet.... i mean the damn skunk2 intake is still on the head, in my garage... but i got the rods n pistons out though.... go figure
