Default quick 5 lug swap question

I got an EK9 five lug setup for my hatch. I aslo ordered an ITR MC, Booster, and prop valve, but they won't be here for a couple of weeks.

Am I going to run in to any major problems, (while daily driving, no hard driving) if i install the 5 lug prior to doing the MC+booster+prop valve upgrade?

please only short ansewers, a simple yes or no with a basic explanation would help a lot.

Thanks Jon
