Default Questions about H2B

ive been reading up on the H2B swaps and im going for it. ive got a 90 ef with a blown motor thats begging for it . ive got a few questions that i cant find answers to tho. which is the best motor for the swap; easiest to make work i mean? i found a good price on an h23a VTEC (the blue top motor), any disadvantages to this motor?

also, can someone help me in the tranny section... whats are the best tranny options? give me a few exaple cause ill probably go cheap with this part.

will integra axles fit or just civic axles?

and lastly, if i buy aftermarket motor mounts, do i need to order a special kit or will the b16 to ef kit work with the h22?

any h series swap will bold to it and be equally as hard to make it work, that that its hard, but take the same mods/effort...and you use all b series drivetrain components

ive read ALOT and got some really good info on the swap. you seem to be one of the people that i see the most around those threads. wouldnt there have to be some sort of modification of the driver-side mount, or will the B mount bolt up to the H22?

i believe you have to add washers to it. Your car is gonna scream... 90 ef with h22 h2b...will be fun...is the car equipped with dpfi or mpfi.
