Default ??Questions about doing an engine swap...??

Ok my roomate and i are both thinking about doing typeR swaps into our integras. We already found the engines we want, but we've never done this before and we have a bunch of questions:

1. How much will it cost to change out the engines
2. Where's a good shop to go to do this in Southern California
3. What do people usually do with their old engines?? (we want to sell our old engines, but where would be store them or ship them to?? would it be better have a buyer for our old engines lined up first??)

Ok so any help from those of you out there who have already done this before would be rilly appreciated. Oh yea and by the way, if anyone out there is interested in getting a new engine here's the engines we're swapping out:

-B18c 2001 gsr (12k)
-b18b 1994 rs (97k)

Thanks

It is pretty simple to do ur own swap but u dont sound like your ready. You probably need some more reading material and some reaserch. Best thing to do is call ur local shop or go there and bother them. Im sure theyll anwser alot of ur questions before they get really annoyed. ull notice when they are annoyed happy searching.
