question about the upper driver side motor mount....
I have a b16a swapped into a 96 ex coupe. Now I've seen what other driver side upper motor mounts look like and mine looks nothing like it. Most of the ones I see are round and have a hole in the middle.. mine looks more like a clam shape and it lays flat on its back. I'm thinking about getting ES inserts for this mount but I dont think they make one for this style.. any ideas on why i have a different shaped mount in the first place? and does anyone make an insert for this? TIA

Because the 96-00 Civic's keep the stock mount and use the 99-00 Si mount bracket. The cars you've seen with B swaps were no doubt 92-95 models which use the 94-01 Integra mount and bracket.
