Default Question about fuel pump/injectors on Ls/Vtec?

I'm not familar with honda engines, so I didn't want to mess my car up. That's why I asking you guys. I'm not sure what the problem is, so hopefully this will explain my situation. I have a Ls/Vtec setup with a stock Ls fuel pump, and the injectors are from a 97 Integra type r. When i start the car, it would bog badly if I don't wait for the fuel pump to send gas through. I also have a STR fuel rail, and my question is what can i do to not be running so rich? And also do I need a ungraded fuel pump so my car won't bog? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I already did the search function.
