Icon5 is putting a B18C1 in a 1999 CR-V legal in CA?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I used the search engine but couldn't find anything...
So anyway, I have a 1999 RT4WD 4 spd auto CR-V, and I want to swap a B18C1 into it. Would this be legal in California? I know this would be in most states, but California has some seriously ridiculous laws when it comes to tuning cars...
I really hope it's legal. Otherwise, I will probably stick an M45 supercharger onto my B20z, if that's legal...

Thanks for your time!
