Default please help the noob

I am not real smart when it comes to engine swapping but I did try and search but am still really confused. I am going to be putting in a b18b 99 motor in my 93 dx hatch. The 99 motor is obd2 and I need it to be obd1. Do I just need the wiring harnes converter or can I use like a 95 ecu or both. I plan on using hondata later when I get my turbo and I did find that obd1 is better for hondata. What year of ecu should I use for the swap. Can I use all other parts from the 99 or do I need to mix and match it with obd1 parts. Sorry but I need help quick? I guess what I am trying to say is how do I put the 99 motor in and have it be obd1 for hondata and to make it work in my car sorry so long?

Thanks in advance?

You will need an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness. I got mine from Blown90Hatch. Great customer support.

You will also need an OBD1 ECU. I went with the P75 since it's the OBD1 LS ECU. I know a lot of people also used chipped P28s.

You might need to rewire the injectors and change the distributor to OBD1 but I could be wrong. I've heard so may different things.
