P28 Code in B16 crx

Throwing code 23 what is it? tryed to search but no help.

code 23 is knock but I don't know how that exist since are using a P28. are you sure you are reading the codes right?

Yeah make sure you are reading the code right because a code 23 is not a valid code for a P28 since it doesn't have the knock sensor feature.
