Default P13 ECU Bad What to use now

I just realized the my P13 ECU for my H22A2 Civic is bad, they left it in water and its rusted inside a little and a little on the out side. Which ECU will run this setup best. I thought I remember someone saying something about the P72 I believe.

A lot of people use a p28 and chip it.

a chipped p72 works great too. It actually took .4 off my 1/8 mile track time not as much wheel spin as the p13
