Jdm Engine swap legal?
What are the laws in TX about doing a JDM engine swap(B18C) in a 92 civic, I know in cali they have BAR crap, and I did a search on google and cant find that in texas... Im just an idiot I guess. But I was just wondering if it was legal, and what all Id have to do to pass smog tests and what not.. Thanks for all your help...
