One last check before I buy parts...
I am currently in the process of converting my 92 DX HB with a B18C5 (USDM) to OBDII specs. I know I need a P73 ECU. Are all 97-01 ITR ECU's alike? And for the harness, I heard a 96-98 harness will work best. Any other thoughts and suggestion will be extremely welcome.

Some, if not all, of the ITR ECU's have the "immobilizer" built into it. You're going to have to chip that out if you want to use the P73. I want to say that the earlier versions may not have this feature, but I'm not positive.
