Ok got my teg harness , now what
should it be plug and play from here,
or would i need to add other wires to it?
i will be doing my swap in weeks or so

What are you trying to do? What harness did you get, and when engine are you putting into what car?

I hooked all of the sensors up, but on the alt. side , there are 2 extra plugs , and i dont know where they go , one plug is green , and one plug is gray , are they going to connect anywhere , i got all of the plugs connected on that side that i can see, and i have no clue where these plugs go , ,,,, btw does anyone know of a web site with the wiring diagram? like what color wires plug up to what piece/?

That guys in a similar situation as you.
What ECU are you running.
If you are going to be using a rechipped p28 ecu, then yes, it will all be plug and play.

I am using a obd2 harness , from a 2000 gsr , but it might be the same harness ,
and yes i am going to run a chipped p28 ,
but is there a manual online ? like a Helms where it explains all of the
color wiring goes to ?

Well, according to that other thread, the green connector is your knock sensor.
Did you make sure to plug in your knock sensor. Its on the back side of your block, under your intake manifold.
The other one is probably your IAB(which you only need if you are using a gsr manifold).

Ok i got this ....
1 Gray round plugs ... yellow with black / blackwith blue 2 wires
2 Gray round plugs ... red with yellow / Green with black 2 wires
3 Gray round plugs ... red with blue / black 2 wires
4 green round plug ... red with blue 1 wire (knock sensor i think)
where do those other plugs connect to ?
