Default Oil light on. B16. HELP!

I just got my swap running, however my oil light is on. Is this common? Am I missing something simple in my swap, or do I have a real problem?

EG hatch, B16.

Make sure that the drain plug is on and check the oil filter is on tight. do you have an oil pressure gauge? check the oil and make sure that you have oil in there. Best way to tell. Also do you have the oil sensor hooked up>

do NOT DRIVE THE CAR till you get this fixed.

check the oilpan for dents, if there arent any you may have to remove the pan and inspect the pickup or pump
