obd2 - obd1 ls block differences??

basically, can i use an obd1 block with an obd2 head in an obd2 car? are there any sensors or anything that are different and stuff like that?? this is for b18b1 engine. thanks

yea ive already got the obd1 ecu and conversion harness (gotta rock obd1 for the uberdata for my turbo to come
).
now this is gettin off topic from the title a little, but would i be able to use an automatic block in a 5spd? just the block here, no head, tranny,ecu or anything else
