Default OBD1 or OBD2

I am a novice in the feild of swaping i have a 95 Civic DX HB and swaping it witha motor from a 1999 SI my first question is if that is a B16A OR B16A?(1,2...)

i'm tryin to save as much money as i can if anyone has a wiring diagram for that application if not what kinda harness do i need?

OBD1 to OBD2\2.2

do i have to use the mounts and axels of the SI?
anyone know the site which has pics of how to remove the harness in my case?

Thanx

OBD1 to OBD2\2.2

-- If you get a hold of any 96-01 Integra engine harness, you'll be set. It's all plug n' play even though your 95 DX is OBD1, with the exception of a couple extra OBD2 plugs that will need not be plugged in. Those plugs are obsolete when using an OBD1 ecu. Preferrably a 96-01 GSR or ITR engine harness is the best to get since the VTEC wiring is already embedded into either of these harnesses. You will still have to wire the VTEC components & Knock Sensor, from your ecu out to the passenger-side shock tower main plugs though. Other than that, it will all be plug n' play.

do i have to use the mounts and axels of the SI?

-- From the Si you can only and will have to reuse these parts: complete axles w/half shaft, rear engine bracket ('L' shaped), front tranny mount, A/C mount, and shift linkage.

From your 95 DX you'll have to reuse the TOP tranny mount & the timing belt side mount (the rubber mount only, not the block mounted cast-irom black mount).

-- removing the harness ? its pretty easy.... I'm not sure I fully understand this question of yours.

Thanx

-- your welcome.

-- no no....heelll no you don't wanna do that! Honda made things easy for this type of swap, You just need the ENGINE harness and keep your existing underdash harness...

will it work and how hard is it to remove my harness do i have to undo the dash or something?

-- its not hard at all to unplug sensors from the engine bay, and fish out the engine harness. Its easiest when the motor is out though.

Thanx again
