you'll need the rear tranny bracket from 99-00 civic si, driver side mount bracket from 99-00 si. You just use the ex wiring harness since its a one-peice, you'll just have to lengthen the wires. Rewire your distributor plug, rewire your alternator plug, because they are different shapes. And get an obd2-obd1 conversion harness. Or make it yourself. Or you can be ghetto and redrill the rear bracket off the ls. And drill the passenger side mount off the 98 ex and use bunch off washers lol. I've done it both ways it works but i would recommend you do the 1st way i mentioned. I've done it to both ex and hx civics. And also you use the tranny mount from the integra motor. That should about cover it.

just use obd-1 distributor from your ls motor and just repin it to the ex harness. That's the route i went and besides i'm all about saving money and its maybe 15-20 of your time to repin the distributor. As for the injectors i use the stock b18 injectors. I cant remember if i cut and splice the clips from the the b18 injectors clips to the civic harness. Its been 2 years since i did the swap. Or if the clips from your civic ex harness dont fint over the b18 injectors, then just swap them out to your civic injectors or just did it how i did and cut and splice. Other than that its pretty easy.
