Hopefully you are using an OBD2 to OBD1 ECU adapter harness, if not get one of those before you start, it'll make you life much easier. Other than that, you'll need to adapt the harness to the motor and certain wiring depends on which parts you use.
You can reuse your stock injectors (same flow rate) so you won't have to rewire OBD1 clips, you can repin the distributor plugs to match the OBD1 distributor or use an OBD2 LS distributor, same applies to the alternator. For the most part it's mostly plug and play with no additional wiring, other than changing plugs to work with certain parts and rewiring the IACV plug.
