OBD1 Conversion many CELs One problem?
I swapped my 89 CRX HF to OBD1 for a GSR engine.
I used a Boomslang Harness and P72 computer.
Now I have many CELs 3, 4, 6, 10, 17.
It seems strange to me that the MAP, Crank sensor, Coolant, and Air temp sensor all are bad at once on an engine with 45k miles.
A few of the plugs had to be extended and the only thing I can think of is that maybe one of the wires got crossed and is grounding the 5v circuit or something.
Is there any way to unplug sensors one at a time till the codes clear?
I would also like to trace the wires back to the ECU but if they are soldered onto the plugs in the wrong order how would I know? I need a pic or something that shows a D shaped plug with a label; this wire gets 5v this is the signal this is the ground. Giving me the colors won't work because nobody says I soldered a MAP plug for a MAP plug. Maybe I grabbed a TPS plug for a MAP.
Ignore code 17. That is the VSS. I think the problem with that is that my speedo cable may be unhooked since the speedo isn't moving either.
Thanks

oh one more thing. The crank sensor code has me thrown too. I just installed a new Dist King Distributor.
