Default obd0 to obd1 conversion ?

where does the 4 wire O2 sensor go and what Honda year/model did it come out of. my B16 OBD0 swap currently uses the stock B16 exhaust manifold with 2 O2 sensors.

You can get them from almost any 92+ Honda or Acura. You can basically use any 4 wire O2 from the OBD1 models or either the primary or secondary 4 wire from an OBD2 model. Pretty much all 92-01 Civic's and Integra's use a 4 wire O2 sensor with the exception of the 92-95 CX, VX and the 96-98 HX.
I'm not sure what you mean by "where does it go" but I'm assuming you mean the placement on the header? If you are using the first gen B16 header, you will need to plug one of the holes with a proper sized bolt then put the O2 in the other spot.
