Sell the motor and buy obd1 or obd2. That'd be easier I think. But.. I hope Poison or Skunk come in here soon.

ALOT would have to be changed. Water necks, throttle bodies, injectors, altenators, distributors, and a gripload of other stuff would have to be changed out.

Save yourself the time. It might be cheap for the motor, but you still have to buy misc stuff and waste time on that.

if you still have your blown '00 Si engine, you can convert the OBD0 B16 to be compatible with your Si by transferring these parts over:
distributor
alternator
wire harnes
injectors
complete intake manifold w/throttlebody
transmission + flywheel + clutch
exhaust manifold w/both 02 sensors
VTEC solenoid and IAT sensor.

.....all of this will bolt up to the 1st gen B16 engine.

The CKF sensor would be an issue, but there's a wiring trick around this if you read my article here:
http://technet.ff-squad.com/ckftrick.htm

But, if you don't have your Si motor anymore, then yeah its totally not worth trying to make the OBD0 B16 be compatible with your Si. Might as well look for a 92+ B16 engine.
