Default O2 sensor set up

Hey guys I'm curious how I should have my exhaust setup to pass emissions. In my state I'm only worried about emissions level so I am already running a full 2 1/4 pipe from header to tail. I will be putting an o2 sensor in the bottom of the header, and one in the cat. My question is should I be running the o2 sensor meant for the car? Or meant for the motor? This is a 98 crv (b20b) motor in a 99 ek hatch. I am also concerned about the length of the downstream sensor since my cat sits farther back than the stock cat. Any advice would be much appreciated.

1.) You run the O2 sensor meant for the ecu that controls your engine.
Only you will know if you did an ecu swap with the motor swap.

2.) Search the eBay, or the Google, or the Amazon. Or hell just use the forum's search function and either buy a harness extension or fabricate one on your own.

Perfect. That's what I was guessing. I am running a p3f ecu so I should be good to go. Maybe the crv o2 sensor is long enough to reach without any modification?

UPDATE: I installed o2 sensors and got rid of all my codes except for 1. p0141. Which is heater circuit. The sensor is brand new. I did extend it to 75" but It was done at a shop (better than me doing it) Im guessing its maybe my harness from the car to the o2 plug? Will I still fail emissions with this light on?

Side note: I just read about the non-fouler trick. Would this potentially work for my situation?
