Default O2 sensor

I bought a "complete swap" without realizing it did not come with the 2nd O2 sensor (I think that is what it is). THe one that plugs into the cat. Could anyone give me a ball park figure on how much it will cost to get one. Thanks.

The 4 wire secondary O2 sensors are around $229.50 and sell for http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.com for $183.60

My! That is more expensive than I had hoped for. If I don't have that OBD2 throws codes right?

That thing says 3-wire. Will that work with a 4-wire circuit?

Sorry to bump this, but Nameless has instant messaging disabled. Do you have any idea if it will work on a 4-wire sensor?

There not that much man. Certainly not as much as posted up top. Unless you really have to have a brand new one. Just have to look around and try to find somebody that doesnt need it. Where are you located?

Are you running an OBDII ecu with your setup? If so, then you'll need to get another O2 sensor or a simulator to keep it from tripping the check engine light. I have a 99 GSR swap in my 92 VX but I'm running the OBDI P72 ecu. I have the 99 GSR cat and I plugged off the second O2 sensor hole with a bolt since the ecu doesn't look for it.

I've got a 96 GSR in my 92 hatch and withougt the secondary o2 sensor my cel goes on. Why is that? It has to be because of that because while it was in it was good, but the threads were stripped so it fell out. Then my light went on. Yes i am running the obd1 p72 as well.

Just because the CEL is on doesn't mean it's O2 related. Post the code you are getting.

OBDI ecu doesn't look for a 2nd O2.

If you are using an OBDI P72 then there is no secondary O2 sensor. If you are having a problem then it could be your main O2 sensor or something else. Post the CEL that your running like Trey said.
