Default are new sleeves needed for n/a crvtec making ~215whp?

or would the shortblock be ok with just. forged pistons, good rings, good rods and rod bolts, and good tuning?

I would DEFINITELY get some sleeves for the B20 block.

you might be cool with what you have, but being safer than sorry, i'd definitely resleeve, and you could would be rest assured more that the sleeve will not crack or flex under very high cylindar temp/pressures.
