Default new guy needs advise

Yeah whats up, i came a couple of times to this site b4 i signed up and saw that there was a lot of good advise, well i have a 98 civic lx and just recently my engine blu up, ive been thinking, h22 or b18c, and now im getting a h22 and i want to push it to another level, is there some one out there that can give me some advise, some guidance to the right way of do it, i want at least 600whp and high torque, with turbo, i want it to be fast, tuned up right, is there anyone that help me.

so your motor gave up and you just decided "hmm. 600whp would be nice."

If you can afford a motor that makes 600whp why would you be driving a civic lx in the first place
