Default Need help. what would this swap kit be worth on the market..... (h22 civic)

thinking about selling my current motor. BUT I HAVE NO IDEA what to ask.... looking for some of you guys to help me out on this one..... not just motor but complete swap for an EK.

this is a complete BOLT IN SWAP
what would be a fair price for this kit.. a ballpark figure so i don't get lowballed when i post.

Keep in mind, i have 6000km on this motor which is about 4500miles. all parts were OEM honda only. All seals, main bearings, connecting rod bearins, rear main seal, front seal, cam seals, valve seal, headgasket set and bottom assembly set, including piston rings and many new bolts are new. oem water pump etc. no maintenance part was reused, have all the receipts and pictures to proove it.
the motor was clayed and spec'd.

*00 spec portflow head
*fully ported and polished (full valve job, seats, new oem seals) 0.005 thou off head
*Rocker arms have been grinded and polished to clear even the highest lift cams on the market, matching set.
*welded EGR port on head (Tigged)
*Earls fittings for Oil pressure
*Ferrea SS valves (complete set -Stock size) Polydyn coated (special back-cut) and lapped
*skunk2 cam gears
*Crower Stage 3 Cams (intake and exaust)
*Crower tit retainers (0.60 installed height for safe revving)
*Crower Eibach Dual valve springs
*HotShot h22a/civic drag header
*hondata IM gasket
*Ported and polished and prototyped Euro-R manifold.
*stock fuel rail
*stock 345cc injectors
*MSD red ignition wires
*ARP HEADSTUDS
*Oem new 3 layer steel headgasket
*Oem honda timing belt
*AEM ITR 3 inch CAI intake OR J's Racing copy
*AEM powerpulleys
*STR proseal

*closed deck block, (jdm 93)
*11.0 pistons (balanced)
*crower probillet rods (balanced)
*prodrive oilpump
*balanced crank and microed
*new main and rear seals.
*new oem waterpump
*unorthodox crank pulley
*all new oem bearings (platiguaged)
*alien autotech balance shaft removal kit
*all new oem honda rings
*0.25 overized FRM bore ( no galling correctly done imported stones)
*h23 manual tensioner
*balance shaft belt pulley milled for lightweight.
*dual spacer for anti slip timing belt on crank shaft. (wont' rub on edges)

Tranny

*m2b4 lsd tranny, now 10k on it, was torn down and mesured and specd
*clutchmasters 8 pound billet flywheel (balanced)
*ACT Xtreme clutch and organic street disc

engine management is a p28 with honda s200 with included paritally tuned basemap 8500k rev limit.

car will be provided with a final tuned SAE corrected (maybe next weeks funds pending)

the motor would also include the complete swap for EK drop in,

rad and assembly, all hoses, all steel lines for EURO-R installation, HCP mounts and also place racing drivers side mount, complete axel combo, includeding jackshaft and two outers, new cv boots etc. shift linkage, and also shifter, complete drop including steel place housing fabriacated for any type of short shifter so it doesn't rub on exaust or cause issues.

will also include the complete harness made for the motor into a ek, fits like oem, plenty of space and fitment.

also will include the battery tray support, and relocated fuel filter assembly and purge assembly to fit EURO. (without this motor will not fit) ho hammering or dending required after this mod, will have 2-3 inches of clearance on firewall (BOLT IN!)

Power steering pump, and hose to fit power steering rack like oem. no mickey mouse clamps. silver soldered on.

(i know i'm forgetting stuff can't see it now.. stuff there)

estimated hp being 210-230 tq being 150-160tq allmotor (maybe higher)

reason... new project.

help me out...

i have all receipts. about 1inch thick in folder..

i was thinking 6-7G's ? is this a good price or should be more ?
