Default need help with swap

im doin a swap for a friend and ran into a problem. he has a 00 civic ex and im swappin a 95 ls in it. the question is what ecu to run. if i run the stock ex i would have to install a crank angle sensor in the ls motor in order for it to start. if i run a obd2-obd1 harness the little plug from the car is left unconnected and the car still wont start. i would like any tips or suggestions. thanx

Are you converting the LS motor to OBD2?

I'd recommend you run an OBD2->OBD1 and run an OBD1 P75 ecu if you do not want to install the CKF

Ok, that's fine. You can leave the VTEC wires hanging and such, but as for the ECU plugs, and being an OBD1 motor, the ECU plugs are OBD2. You'll need to convert it to OBD1 with a jumper harness.
