I have a 95 hatch with a LS/ Turbo and something I did to prevent it from overheating was bought a radiator for a DOHC VTEC DelSol. It's the same length, but it's a duel core instead of the single core that comes in our. It bolts right in and you can get them brand new for a little over 115$ from www.radiator.com

Did you replace the head gasket? Could be a blown headgasket or a bad temperature sensor. These should of been replaced prior to installation.

Check for leaks make sure nothing is cracked or any of the coolant hoses are split. If there is a leak make sure its not the thermostat housing its real flimsy.
