the o2 sensor would not tell the ecu to turn the fans on thats the job of the CTS
(coolent temp sensor ) thats if his fans are not working that turbo sits right in front of the engine does it not ? i would make sure the cooling system has all the air out of it and maybe think about puting a heat shield between the turbo and the engine check your coolent level and are you puting the corect mix of water and coolent in ? also is your heater working normal ?

Is it tuned? You're boiling coolant. Likely issue... headgasket went out the window.

well let it cool, then fire it up and let it idle for a while with the cap off.... see if the coolant drops (air bubbles) then add more).

Its likely that it blew. You're getting something really hot in the water in a hurry for it to boil and it not stop... you're basically exceeding the radiators capacity. If you were blowing combustion gasses into the water jacket, that would do it.... blown gasket. Drain the oil out and see if there's water in it. Newly boosted and it wasnt blowing coolant until it was boosted is likely a blown headgasket.

ok. i just found out that my heater isn't functioning properly. At first it blows hot air then slowly turns to cold air. Is it due to water pump failure?....Also if the water pump is failing, will it cause the coolant to boil?...or do i have to change the headgasket also?..

Thanks for everyones help..

check to see if your radiator fluid is bubbling, thats a common sign that its the head gasket on any car.

If its coming out your exhaust as white smoke or going into your oil, then its the headgasket.

If its blowing out your resevoir which you stated above, you have a leak/crack in the system. The coolant system is pressurized and will find its way out of cracks/etc. Check your resevoir for cracks, check the hoses, etc. Also, check to see if your fan is turning on. Coolant would burn me in my non-boosted car that doesn't overheat after its at operating temperature, so that may not be specific to your car.

no cracks on reservoir or radiator or hoses. No white smoke out of exhaust.

yes my fan turns on and is in perfect condition.

i guess ill just have to change the water pump and headgasket to be sure.

I had the same problem a few weeks back. It's a blown head gasket. Honda did mine under drivetrain warranty.
