Default Need help!! Just can't do it.

OK, here's my prob. I got 96 ex with h22a4. I am using my ex wiring harness. It sounded and looked simple at first cause the p13 ecu plugged right in to my stock ex harness(OBD2). Also My civic harness plugs right into the injectors. So thats a plus. Now I have no matching plugs for the distributor. And there is a connector that is located between the injector clips on the harness that doesnt match up with the motor.

If anyone has put a h22a4 into a 96-00 civic, or know's how to. I need your help. I have searched and tried for hours tryin to figure this out. It's driving me nuts!!!

are you aware that 98+ p5p ecu's were equipped with an immobilizer?

EDIT: maybe 97's too, I'm not sure

so let's say the motor is 97. how does that tell you anything about the ecu?

honestly, I would ditch the p5p and get a p13. I think it would save you some headache. conversion harnesses are cheap these days if you don't feel like doing it yourself.
