Default need help with the H22 SWAP

i had the hcp mounts for the h22 swap into eh2/eg6. I crashed it now and lost the driver's side mount, im now going to throw this into 95 integra GSR shell. I was wondering can i be able to use the stock gsr mount like will it bolt up to the motor? cuz i dont want to spend like another 250 for another mount kit. also do i need to cut a hole into the firewall and cut 2x3 hole for the shifter cables and shifter housing? for the intermediate shaft can I use the single cam accord shaft with 90-93 axles?? well if anyone got answers to these questions with pics or links it would be very appreciated also is the wiring the same for the gsr or a little different than the eg? well thanks in advance

you need a new driver's side mount. the stock teg mounts are only good for a b series motor. yes you need to shave 1" off the tranny mount and cut holes for the shifter. PM DarkKnight1 about the driver's side mount. He has one for sale in his sig. Axles for the teg are the same as for an eg, so just use whatever you used last time.

well since the install is EXACTLY the same, then YES you do need to cut the bracket on the frame rail and YES you do need the specific mount for that swap.

All I have to say is that Raxles has the best hybrid axles out right now. Hasport, DSS, and others have all used the same techniques as raxles but take shortcuts. And all others make you suffer as far as price. Streetimports.com is the shittiest place to buy anything from. 90-93 teg axles dont fit right in swaps. always get custom axles. And def. dont buy from streetimports lolz.. 35% restocking fee? wtf who do you think I am bill gates? or don trump? i dont have that kind of money to waste on **** axles that dont work expletive

everyone has their own opinion. that's his. don't treat it as fact. I have DSS level 1 axles, and they have been very good to me (with a 2" drop). Some people swear by oem axles. IMO, get hybrid axles (non-oem) for this particular swap, like hasport, dss, gator, or raxle.

i used a 90-93 teg driver side axle, and 86-89 teg passenger side axle, both with accord/lude inner joints. Used them for nearly 2 years without a single broken axle, even pulled 2.0 60 foots at the track as well.
Then i switched to slicks and bought some dss level 2 axles. I decided NOT to go with Raxles since the guy at raxles said they did NOT recommend drag racing on their axles.

The site for raxles is http://www.Raxles.com lolz.. In my opinion raxles ranks just as high with hasport if not higher because of their customer service. the problems i experienced with the 90-93 teg axles with prelude int. shaft was that they would never clip into the tranny and if you grind them off you risk sending shreds of metal into your tranny and causing further damage than just ruining your axles. I was just very angry at the was streetimports handled the business, their tech guy said they would work 100% with a 90-93 accord int shaft. haha too bad i needed a 86-89 axles too for driver's side... IDK everyones car is diff. Just gotta find what fits... Im not in any way dissing DSS axles or Hasport axles I mean if I had the money I would probably have picked up one of their stage 2 sets, but since Im not bill gates Im just letting you guys all know of cheaper priced custom axles for hybrids

I have over 50 passes with slicks on my replacement raxle GSR axles.....
