need help with h22 shifter cable routing in my eg!!!!

need help with h22 shifter cable routing in my eg!!!!
i have read a research about it and did it like everyone says, over the rear cross member and over the rear mount braket. the problem am facing is that is an SI and theres no space with the swaybar in the way, can anybody help?!?!?!?!?!

Can't u go around the sway bar? I'm not the expert on eg's I've done an h swap in my teg and I don't remember running into this problem. If there's no way around it u could always rout the linkage through the firewall, less ppl do it from what I hear but they say it works fine eather way. H22-->eg gurus chime in.

take the two sway bar mounts off that hold the bar to the cross member and use a prybar to pull it down so you can route the linkage through. it's 4 12mm bolts.

yeah thats what i did. but when you go to put everything back together it ends up so tight that the shifter gets hard...............

not to thread jack I'm having the same problem too I have the cables routed from the inside under the crossmember cus I can't get it over the crossmember because I don't see it fitting and over the rear tranny mount but its still not moving like the shifter should.. any info on a good way to get it routed to where it would shift properly????
