Ok just swapped a B16A into a 98 dx coupe. Everything seems to work fine but runs like in limp mode I think. wont rev past like 3400 or so. Seems to run smooth and idle great though. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone that knows what could cause this please help. BTW I used wiring diagrams to convert the dizzy, injectors, iacv, and still no fix.

 

if it is in limp mode then there is a code...we need to know that code!

 

Okay...it shows code 4 which is CKP sensor...the wiring is correct I even switched them to see...what else could be causing this???
I put this dizzy on a running car and it worked fine
I have no idea what else it could be???

 

you probably have the wires reversed, signal to ground, ground to signal.

 

I switched them and nothing happened???

 

Anybody got any ideas?
