bago'ong billy

just dropped obd1 b18c into 2k civic. I cant get no spark to the plugs. i checked the coil, icm,all the sensors in the dizzy, all the fuses and they all checked out good. There is no mil light to retrieve the codes. For the swap i used the cx harness and used obd2b-obd1 ecu jumper harness. The dizzy clips off of cx harness fit up to th b18 dizzy but i had to wire tach and dizzy powerwire. which is about a 10ga wire to a 18ga wire. I was wondering if thats a problem. Not enough juice to the dizzy. Or could it be the ecu. Is there any other way of checking the ecu other than replacing it. If not what other ecu could i use to try to get the car started. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
