Default NEED A GURU FOR MY B16 SWAP QUICK!

I JUST FINISHED INSTALLING A JDM B16 OBD 0 IN MY 90 CRX SI (IT HAD A B18B IN IT PRIOR), I USED A PR3 ECU CHIPPED WITH THE SPOON RACING PACKAGE, AND A HASPORT CONVERSION SUB-HARNESS.I USED THE FUEL RAIL AND INJECTORS THAT CAME WITH THE SI-R MOTOR .
THE CAR DIDN'T WANT TO TURN OVER AND IT WAS SENDING A CODE 6, BUT I SPRAYED SOME QUICK START INTO THE MANIFOLD AND I STARTED BUT IT REVVED AT LIKE 100-200 RPM. AFTER THAT IT SENT A CODE 9 ALONG WITH THE CODE 6. AND WHEN I GIVE IT GAS THE RPMS DON'T INCREASE AND IT SOUNDS LIKE IT WANTS TO DIE. THERE WAS A LEAK AT THE INJECTORS SO I KNOW THAT THE FUEL RAIL IS FULL. I CHECKED ALL THE GROUNDS,PLUGS, WIRES, FUSES AND CLEANED THEM ALL OF TOO.
MY QUESTIONS ARE: ARE THERE ANY WIRES THE END UP GETTING LEFT UNHOOKED DUE TO THE SUB-HARNESS? BECAUSE THERE'S ONE NEXT TO THE THERMOSTAT THAT IS UNPLUGGED AND I THINK ITS THE REASON WHY THE CODE SIX POPS UP.
AND ALSO ARE THE SI-R INJECTORS DIFFERENT THAN THE SI INJECTORS?
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED GREATLY !!

and, Plug your LS ECU in and see if it starts. I have ran into alot of "chips" that have been faulty lately. Some of thes chips have come from very reputable names as well.

My bet is that you installed the wires for the subharness at the ecu incorrectly. On the Hasport diagram, it shows the plugs as if you are looking from the pin side, with the clip on top, not the wire side of the plugs..

Check that first..

Alright, i checked the subharness and it was plugged in right, then i changed ecu's but the same thing happend and the same code popped up. i checked all of my sensors and they all seemed to be plugged in perfectly except one plug sitting next to the thermostat and i cant figure out what its for. its a single black wire with a small round plug. i cant find it in any of my chilton books or wireing diagrams. i re-checked my vacuum lines but the engine still wont turn over without the quick start being sprayed into the manifold, the more i think about it the more i think its a fuel problem soim going to put a new fuel filter in and take it from there.
any othe suggestions?

Is your fuel pump priming?
Code 6= Coolant temp sensor (the little dangling single wire plug )
Code 9= CYP(cylinder position sensor). This is a distributor item. If you have a spare dizzy swap it out and see if the problem is fixed. The CYP can cause many misleading things to happen so, before you go and spend a ton of money on fuel system parts swap that distributor out (borrow one).
