Okay putting a d16y8 into a 1993 del sol...right now theres a d16z6 in it...im going to get a new distributor and was wondering if the y8 dizzy would plug into the wire harness that i have now..would i need a conversion harness or anything?? Thanks

 

You dont need a conversion harness just the obd2 plug off the obd2 harness cut the plug off hte obd 1 harness match the colors and go.... If one of the colors is off which it shouldnt be just get manualas for both cars and figure out which wire is which.

 

I don't have the OBDII harness or dizzy...

 

then its simple get a obd1 harness and obd1 dizzy and plug it in
