how do you guys feel about a 01 itr motor in a 92 integra 4 door

i saw a pic of a car in japan, 4dr teg, complete with itr package, motor, front end,5 lug, rhd, it looked like it came from the factory like that.. but i didnt think they made a 4dr type R... oh well.. do it.
