Default LSVTEC

In an lsvtec da integra track-only car there is no oil cooler, how essential is this to be added?

Also there is no relay for the fuel pump to assure that it won't lean out at high rpm. Could the ecu be tuned already to account for this or should the relay be installed immediately?

Anything else to keep an eye for that you think might have been missed when the original owner did this swap?

Thanks.
(btw, not my car, asking for a friend)
