Default lsv or b16 question

If this is not in the right forum please move.... Ok right now my motor is a lsv but i did not build it, it was in the car when i got it, this is the only car i got so i cant really take the motor out for rebuild. I have read up on the lsv and it seems that if not built right then it wont last long. My question is should i just go back straight b16 or find another b18 block and rebuild that. Im just looking for some input thanks.

Depends on what you want, and how much you have.

If you have/find a mint condition B16 with ecu why not drop it in and freshen up your lsV on the side while your still enjoying the b16.
