ls/vtec smog issue

alright can a ls/vtec pass a sniffer i live in md theres no visual i think just a sniffer do u think it should be able to pass that

Hmm...sorry to butt it but...will a fully built lsvtec or b20 pass smog in CA? I don't think so.

no. head swaps are illegal in CA. It wont even pass visual.

That's shitty... I didn't know this, but I live in Oregon so no worries there.. I was just curious.. How do they really know if you have swapped heads??? My friend's CRVTEC Teg running 84.25mm 12.5:1 JE slugs, Portflow head, SK2 stage 2 cams, RC 310's, Hondata etc... He finally passed emission several days ago up here after 10 or so tries.. He had to lean it way out and place a wet rag in the airbox.. It ran a 12.93@107 but look at what it really has to pull down the track... I personally hate body kits and I really don't like his car, but look at what his poor motor has to pull down the track... Latez
