Default Ls vtec set up?

I have a 94 eg with a b18b1 LS in it around 170,xxx on motor and trans. I want to make it Lsvtec but i have no idea what head would be best or what parts i will need. I have a stage 3 clutch by clutch masters in it already, im wanting to keep it as my daily so whatever set up i go with i want it to be reliadble. Any help?

Google how to lsvtec.

Not to be mean but its been covered in thousands of locations for over a decade. Read up on the subject. Theres a lot more involved than you might think

What he said..., google how to build a reliable ls vtec and you will have your answer you have to read....hell I read all 50 something pages on that article to get all the info I need, and I would recommend a GSR head for vtec.
