Default ls vtec Knock Sensor

im doing a lsvtec swap into my 93 civic dx. does obd1 vtec ecus have a Knock Sensor? if so what will i need to do to bypass it?

All B-series ECUs have knock sensors (p30, p61, p72) but SOHC ECUs do not (read: p28). You can (it is ghetto, but works) a 13k resistor on the knock sensor wire. Get a P28 and you will be set.

what I did with my was I put it where on the top alternator bracket. it did fine and the new owner of the car hasn't had a problem.
