Default LS/VTEC Head Bolts -- GSR or B16?

I used B16 in my very recent LsVtec swap and now people are telling me that I had to use GSR, I had no prob with the B16 and thats what I always heard to use was any vtec head bolt was fine to use?

Any input from first hand experience appreciated...

Thanx in Advance Mark

When I used B16 head bolts on my B20/vtec, two of them came loose eventhough I torqued them to factory specs in sequence. A friend told me that GSR head bolts are longer, so you might wanna switch them out.

if they are holding up then i guess you are lucky but you are supposed to use gsr head studs since they are longer and the b16 studs dont quite get enough thread
