Default Ls/Vtec ?

Ok, i am planning on buying another car as soon as the school year is done with. I really like the 2nd gen tegs, but up here in south dakota there is very little gsr's, so i would like to go Ls/Vtec. I have a few questions, like the good, and the bad of going ls vtec. I have heard the b16 head is best, is this true? also, what all parts would be needed. Thanks.

yeah you'll hear bad and you'll hear good things, in a nut shell just make sure it's done correctly and it'll treat you good.

people half *** it.
just put the head on the block, not properly run oil lines, not plugged block, etc etc.
pretty much trying to half-*** that engine build.
wich isnt a good idea.

oh, I thought by "do it right" they meant something diffrent, like how people say "civics can be fast, if people do them right", I thought there there was actually something diffrent about it!

oh, ok, so just make sure everything is connected, and connected to the correct place, haha, I get it.

Always a good lsvtec site...c-speed racing

Also, there is a lot of info on this site. Search recent and archived threads.

I think a 2g teg would be nice, and a 4 door 2g teg would be even nicer!
