Default light my car on fire!....

so after wanting to light my car on fire due to what i thought was bent vavles and a blown motor...turns out it was a wire in the dizzy that came off! i pulled the dizzy and saw it...what a bunch of crap! what it would do is: bog down in the top end, cut out randomly..even die at times, i would get a solid cell...even when jumpd and it would run like **** all the time! turns out the wire was making intermitant contact causing my car to miss...pretty much all the time!? now its all good! clampd that bitch on there and solderd! now it runs like a dream...now if only i could get a 2.5 in exhaust i would be set! just a crazy story on how my h22 swap was a pain in the ***! obtw i also bought an extra ecu due to this so for sale i have a skunk 2 p28 if anyone is interested?

Wow, very much glad to see it's running properly, after all the drama.

BTW -- dizzy = distributor.

Damn dood Mine did the same thing to me right after I swapped the motor in. It would miss over 6500, and eventually one day at work it died and wouldnt start again. Found a wire loose on the ICM....runs like a champ...
